Most 30/60/90 plans are a stack of new meetings. The job does not fit because the old job never left. A serious plan starts with what you will stop doing, by when, and who will own it in writing.

If you cannot name two pieces of work that moved off your plate in the first month, you did not take a new job. You took a second one. The team will learn the truth faster than your title will.
