Every CTO I know wants more leaders. Fewer have a system that produces them. Hope is not a pipeline. A pipeline is shared language, a curriculum, reps on live work, and managers who are actually scored on the people they grow.
A book can be the spine. An assessment, a cohort, a workbook, and a 90-day stretch make it a program. If your high-potential list is a spreadsheet with no practice attached, you have a wish.
